How to delete your account
- In the app: open Account → Delete account and confirm with your password.
- On the website: sign in and use the form on this page, or go to your account page and choose Delete my account.
- Can't sign in? Email info@manakavali.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account is immediate and can't be undone. We permanently delete:
- your profile: name, email address, password and profile photo;
- everything you posted, with its photos: business listings and their offers, events, job posts, classified ads, discussions (including the replies in them) and your replies to other discussions;
- your blood donor profile;
- your notifications and the members you blocked;
- your app sign-ins and notification tokens, so the app is signed out and stops getting notifications.
What we keep
- Messages you sent through our contact, news tip, volunteer and advertising forms, and reports you made, are kept only as long as we need them to handle them. They're no longer linked to an account.
- Server logs are kept for a short time for security, then deleted.
